The service
Relief Monitor provides independent monitoring of IRS account activity that you authorize us to observe. We identify and report on changes based on available account data. We are not the IRS, not a government agency, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS.
Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Relief Monitor does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and does not represent you before the IRS or any other agency. Monitoring reports describe what the account data shows; they are not a recommendation or a guarantee of any outcome. Decisions about your tax matters should be made with a qualified professional.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that monitoring will identify every change, that any particular case will resolve in your favor, or that a tax relief company (if applicable) will complete the work you've engaged them for. Monitoring reflects what is reliably observable in the account data available to us.
Your authorization
By using the service, you authorize the specific access described during signup for the purpose of monitoring. You may revoke this authorization at any time, which will stop monitoring going forward.
Subscription and billing
Monitoring is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and monitoring at the end of the current billing period. See the Pricing page for current plan details.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Relief Monitor only for monitoring your own IRS account, or an account you are authorized to monitor on behalf of another person, and not to misuse the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relief Monitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on monitoring reports or alerts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
